Maryville Young Players Second Stage - Annie, the Musical

For many, community theater and summertime go hand in hand. There is no better season to catch a show featuring local folks young and old.

This weekend you have a chance, as the Maryville Young Players are putting on a production of Annie, the Musical. The show is a production of MYP's "Second Act" program, which offers a broadway show produced by and for all members of the Maryville community, regardless of theater experience or age.

The cast has been rehearsing over the past three weeks and will debut their work this Friday the 20th at the Schneider Performing Arts Center in the Maryville High School. Shows will continue through the weekend.

Get your tickets ahead of time through the group's Facebook page or on their website. Curtains lift on Friday and Saturday at 7 PM, and on Sunday at 2 PM for a matinee.
