Parks Passport for St. Joseph parks

As the solstice approaches and the season heats up, residents of St. Joseph and surrounding communities can sign up for a Summer Parks Passport. The program is meant to guide kids and families during their civic outdoor adventures this season. To get involved, sign up and download a Parks Passport from the city website. It will be your ticket to exploring a different playground or park facility each week. Particpants can enter weekly prize raffles, with a grand prize at summer's end to honor travelers who have made it to every playground in the city's park system.

The passport is also a guide for anyone looking to enjoy a city park: kid, or kid at heart. You can follow along on the St. Joseph Recreation Facebook Page where a different park is featured every week. And you can sign up at: stjosephmo.gov.
