There's another bridge closing coming to our listening area.

Next Monday, August 18th, the Route W bridge over the west fork of Grand River in Worth County will be closing so the bridge can be replaced.

The bridge will be closed around the clock until work is completed, so travelers need to find alternative routes. The bridge is expected to be done by mid-December of this year.

This is part of a two-bridge replacement project.

Starting in March of next year, the Route 46 bridge over Marlowe Branch Creek also in Worth County, will be closed for replacement.

All work for this project is expected to be complete by July 2026.
