Getting ready for the total solar eclipse on Aug. 21, 2017

KXCV-KRNW's John Coffey steps in to conduct two interviews for the August 2017 program on behalf of Northwest's President Dr. John Jasinski.

During the first segment John talks with Marci Bennett, executive director of the St. Joseph Convention and Visitors Bureau, about the total eclipse of the sun that will occur on August 21. St. Joseph, Mo. is one of the lucky cities to be located in the totality and is expecting a large number of visitors for the once-in-a-lifetime event.

In segment two, Coffey speaks with Dr. Timothy Wall, director of Northwest's School of Education, who has a lot to say about the many good things that are happening in the school under his direction.
