She runs a non-profit, works as a communication coach and trainer, and manages an award-winning professional development program. The conversation is about workplace harassment.  In segment two, Dr. Jasinski talks with Dr. Dawn Gilley, Associate Professor and Department Chair in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at Northwest Missouri State University, about profession-based learning.
