Morning Conversation: Missouri Amendment 3, Marijuana Legalization Initiative


On this week's Morning Conversation we begin our 2022 Midterm Election coverage with a look at Missouri Amendment 3, which would legalize adult-use recreational marijuana in Missouri. 

We talked with two opposing sides of the issue. For the pro side of the debate, we talked with the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML). You can listen to that interview below.
