Northwest Missouri State women's basketball snapped a three-game skid with a 74-62 road win over Nebraska Kearney Thursday night.

The Bearcats (7-10, 3-5 MIAA) are now 3-3 on the road this season.

Northwest put together a strong effort offensively hitting 43-percent of their shots, knocking down 12 three-pointers, and making 20-21 free throw attempts.

Jaelyn Haggard led the 'Cats with 16 points, including four three-point makes.

Kendey Eaton finished with 15 points and an impressive 9-9 at the free throw line.

Erika Schlosser also finished in double figures with 13 points and seven assists.
