The Northwest Missouri State Bearcat women's basketball team came back from a six point deficit at halftime and being down by two entering the fourth quarter to defeat Doane University last night 74-70 in their final tune up before the start of the regular season.

Peyton Kelderman led Northwest with 21 points including going 5 of 13 on three-pointers.

Northwest will be back in action November 11th and 12th with games in Kearney, Nebraska.
