The Northwest Missouri State football team got back on the winning track Saturday with a 34-21 win over Central Oklahoma at Bearcat Stadium.

Bearcat running back Jay Harris led the way with 274 rushings yards and four touchdowns. Harris tied for the fifth-highest rushing total in program history and extended his consecutive 100 yard rushing games to six straight.

Northwest evens their record at 3-3 while the Bronchos drop to 2-4.

Northwest hits the road for a short trip to St. Joseph Saturday to face Missouri Western at one o'clock at Spratt Stadium.
