The Northwest Missouri State football coaching staff is officially locked in for 2025.

New head coach John McMenamin announced his full-time staff, which includes four holdovers from the previous regime.

Bearcat alum Chad Bostwick will remain on the staff as defensive coordinator and linebackers coach. Bostwick was a teammate of McMenamin's in 2001 and 2002 and will be entering his 15th season on the staff.

Roberto Davis will stay in Maryville as the defensive line coach. He previously coached the Bearcat running backs. Davis was a 1st Team All-MIAA performer as a Northwest defensive lineman in 2010.

Ryan Gent remains as the wide receivers coach and also will be the recruiting coordinator. JMychal Grau will coach tight ends and be director of equipment operation.

Of the new coaches to Northwest Missouri State, Collin Prosser comes in as the offensive coordinator and offensive line coach. He previously held the same roles at Minnesota State and Wayne State.

Jake Willrich joins the staff as special teams coordinator and defensive backs coach.
