The September 17 edition of the Bearcat Coaches Show highlighted active fall sports including soccer, football, volleyball, cross country, golf and tennis.

Northwest soccer posted a 1-0-2 week, and wraps up non-conference action Wednesday against Augustana. Assistant coach Quaid Curtin, junior goalkeeper Lily Ellis and sophomore goalkeeper Leyah Scott joined the show to discuss the successful week.

Bearcat football came from behind to knock off No. 25 Fort Hays at home on Saturday. Junior linebacker Carter Edwards sat down with John Coffey to highlight the win and look ahead to this weekend's matchup against Missouri Southern.

Senior Grant Bradley of Northwest cross country will make his Bearcat debut this weekend in the Roy Griak Invitational in Minnesota. A portion of the men's team will also be running in Nebraska at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational. Bradley and cross country coach Wick Cunningham were on the broadcast to preview the weekend.

After a 1-3 opening weekend, Northwest volleyball responded with a 3-1 mark in the Outback Invitational in Pensacola, FL. Bearcat head coach Amy Woerth and senior outside hitter Payton Kirchhoefer discussed the improved execution with only two non-conference matches remaining.

Bearcat women's tennis is getting set for the ITA Regionals in Edmond, OK. Head coach Mark Rosewell and junior Alva Norberg joined the program to talk about the fall season and the early success for the Bearcats.
